Branch Manager (NOVCC), India

Our client is a well-established global logistics company, She has 38 offices operating in the world, providing seamless transportation solutions, from ocean, air and land transports to warehouse, logistics, inventory management, information services, and consultation service to the industry.

 

Position: Branch Manager

Work Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi, India

 

Job Description

  • Ø  Lead, manage and oversee of Operation, Pricing, Sales, CS, Account and HR & Admin Departments
  • Ø  to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction
  • Ø  Oversee the sales team's activities and opportunities, identify target customers, and convert them into clients
  • Ø  Develop and implement strategic sales strategies aligned with company goals to achieve revenue
  • Ø  targets and increase market share

 

Requirements:

Degree holder in Logistics or related disciplines

A minimum of 10 years experience that includes managerial experience in freight operation. (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier)

Familiar in Freight Forwarding operation

Solid experience in team management

Previous experience working in a fast paced operation in Multi-national Company which includes

oversees of operation, pricing, Sales, CS, Account and HR & Admin departments.

Must be Fluent in English and Mandarin

Excellent communication and presentation skill, problem-solver and exceptional motivational leader
