Position: Branch Manager
Work Location: Ermita, Manila, Philippines
Job Description
- Lead, manage and oversee of Operation, Pricing, Sales, CS, Account and HR & Admin Departments
- to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction
- Oversee the sales team's activities and opportunities, identify target customers, and convert them into clients
- Develop and implement strategic sales strategies aligned with company goals to achieve revenuetargets and increase market share
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Logistics or related disciplines
- A minimum of 10 years experience that includes managerial experience in freight operation. (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier)
- Familiar in Freight Forwarding operation
- Solid experience in team management
- Previous experience working in a fast paced operation in Multi-national Company which includes
- oversees of operation, pricing, Sales, CS, Account and HR & Admin departments.
- Must be Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Excellent communication and presentation skill, problem-solver and exceptional motivational leader
