Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Personal Assistant to support a high-profile executive for the daily life, business trips and personas luxury travels. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin and English, possess excellent organizational skills, and demonstrate a strong commitment to ensuring personal safety and comfort while traveling.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel Coordination: Assist with all aspects of luxury travel planning, including itinerary preparation, transportation arrangements, and accommodation bookings.
Logistical Support: Handle the pickup and delivery of goods, manage luggage, and ensure all travel items are prepared and organized for trips.
Communication Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for communicating with vessel captains, chefs, and other service providers to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Contract Management: Review and analyze beauty salon contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions; maintain a record of appointments and bookings.
Safety Assurance: Prioritize the personal safety and well-being of the executive during travel, including assessing potential risks and implementing safety measures.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage the executive’s calendar, scheduling personal and professional appointments, and ensuring timely reminders.
Research and Recommendations: Conduct research on destinations, activities, and services that align with the executive's preferences and provide recommendations.
Expense Management: Track and manage expenses related to travel and personal engagements, preparing reports as needed.
Qualifications:
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Experience: Prior experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role, preferably in luxury or high-profile environments.
Past experience as luxury tour leader for European trips would be an advantage
Education: A degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and personal assistant tools.
Capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
