Our client is a interior fitting out contractor for residences, clubhouses, hotels, resorts and commercial buildings

Responsibilities:  

• Assist in preparing the cost estimation, tender documents, tender analysis and time schedules for the tender submission and tender query.
• Attend site visit, tender briefing and project meeting.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and other consultants.
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or other related disciplines
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in fitting out works or interior contracting firm
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Proactive, well-organized, attentive to detail and able to work under pressure
