Assistant Finance & Administrative Manager (Manila, Philippines)

Our client is a well-established global logistics company, She has 38 offices operating in the world, providing seamless transportation solutions, from ocean, air and land transports to warehouse, logistics, inventory management, information services, and consultation service to the industry.

 

Work Location: Ermita, Manila

 

Job Description

• Maintain full set of account

• Month end closing of accounts and preparation of financial reporting package for submission to head office

• Handle all aspects of the financial accounting matters

• Regular filing of tax returns

• Participate in yearly budgeting procedure

• Responsible for year-end audit and liaise with external auditors

• Prepare, develop and analyze key financial information and business statistics to facilitate Brand Manager in the decision-making process

• Supervise and participate daily administration & HR operations e.g. general office management, tenancy, service contract and business license renewal, fixed asset management, procurement and payment, etc. based on standard guidelines.

• Report to Branch Manager and Head Office

• Any ad hoc assignment as assigned

 

 

Requirement

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent Professional Qualification (CPA)

• Minimum 6 years' all rounded experience including accounting, experience in Freight Forwarding industry will be an advantage.

• In-depth knowledge of IFRS standards

• Well organized, strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented

• Good in written English

• Immediately available is highly preferred
