Job Highlights

To Achieve business target for the Taiwan Region

Oversee office operation & business development

Supervise and control AR & AP, comply local law

Excellent English and Mandarin Speaker

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and oversee of Sales, Operation, Pricing, CS, Account and HR & Admin Departments to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction
• Oversee the sales team's activities and opportunities, identify target customers, and convert them into clients
• Develop and implement strategic sales strategies aligned with company goals to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
•  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Logistics or related disciplines
• Minimum of 10 years’ management experience in NVOCC business
• Ability to enhance business
• Familiar in Freight Forwarding operation
• Excellent command in English & Mandarin
• Excellent communication and presentation skill, problem-solver and exceptional motivational leader
