Our client is a well-established main building contractor for residences and commercial buildings in Hong Kong

Position   :               Project Manager  

Office Location:        Sheung Wan

Salary:                     HK$60,000 up (Depends on experience)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor overall project management, including budgetary planning, quality control, monitor safety issues and site progress.
• Manage and review the on-going projects to ensure the key performance goals and timelines are met.
• Supervise the project team members, collaborate and liaise with relevant parties to oversee and ensure site works are in compliance with contractual specifications and drawings.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Building, Civil, Structure Construction engineering Management or related studies
• Member of HKIE, CIOB, HKICM and/or equivalent will be an advantage
• Minimum 8 years post-qualifications experience of project management in building construction industry, preferably gained from main contractors
• Responsible, initiative, strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
